Security Improvements:

Session Management Enhancements: the session duration before the user is automatically logged out was reduced from 5 days to 30 minutes. Parallelly, an auto-logout was implemented after 30 minutes of inactivity, with a warning pop-up.

Feature Enhancements:

Space Selection

Users now have access to an optimized and more stable space selection feature (the list where all your spaces are in the platform).
Cookie banner implementation on Aula website: When logging in for the first time, users will see a banner at the bottom of the page with two options: “Accept non-essential cookies” or “Reject non-essential cookies.” Once a choice is made, the banner will not appear again.
Student assessment journey dashboard finalized: It provides educators with insights into student progress and submissions.

Material Reordering Issue

Problem: educators couldn’t reorder materials when the count was around 200–300 items.
Solution: we used a database script to fix this issue, so now materials can be reordered smoothly.

Participant Count Bug

Problem: When adding a participant, the count didn’t update automatically (only after a page refresh).
Solution: Now, the count updates instantly, even for lists exceeding 100 participants.

Engagement Analytics

Problem: some pieces of data were missing from the Engagement Insights dashboard.
Solution: Fixed root causes and implemented validation checks to ensure data integrity.
